Make Beauty Treatments A Regular Chore And Not A Once In A Bluemoon Affair

It's something that we have always seen, that a million-dollar look always has a beauty regimen. What I feel is that you can put on the best diamonds, but without any regular beauty treatments they look wanting and your face appears lackluster. It is every women's prerogative to look scintillating and appealing. We all deserve to be pampered. You have the right to treat yourself to deep-tissue massaging or give yourself a smokey look by wearing eyelashes.

Here are some of the beauty therapies that you can practice at home also:

Manicure and Pedicure

At the nail salons, you have to fleece up a lot of money on doing it and treat yourself to a home manicure. You have to soak your feet in a tub and will require nail clippers, a cuticle stick, a pumice stone and a nail buffer. The shape of your nails should be squared and use the nail file to compress the sharp edges left by the Clippers. You also need to prepare your cuticles by using your orange stick and have to push back the cuticles gently. The pumice stone can be used to scrub the balls and your foot heels. You can then clean up and soften your skin and later on dab your choicest nail-polish.

A perfect facial makes your skin look radiant and it can be tried at home too. Begin by intensely cleansing and scrubbing your skin by exfoliating. You can then steam your face and apply a mask to remove impurities left on the pores. End it with a toner plus a moisturizer to give your skin a soft appearance and a rejuvenated look.

Hair Treatment

Hair is composed of protein and maintaining a healthy diet and adhering to a good hygiene helps in keeping your locks glossy. You can give a homely care to your hair in these ways: Wash it with a good shampoo either twice a week or every other day. Try out shampoos that do not have sulfates or parabens as they are chemicals.Use conditioners that blend with your hair type, its length and remember that dyed hair requires greater care than natural hair.

Beauty treatments should not be confined to salons and parlors only but should figure in your daily chart and routine.
