Return & Exchange Policy
The personalized items and custom-made orders could not be returned or cancelled. The returns and exchange cannot be made for sale items (discounted) and the items soiled or spoiled by customer. The returns are to be made at Jaya One only within 15 days of return from the date of receipt. The items should be with original packaging and unused.
The orders needing to be exchanged must be done within 15 days (for domestic orders) and 30 days (for international orders). Exchange can only be made because of the size issue or manufacturing defect. You will be notified via email for the successful return of the order.
Refund Policy
The refund will be made with 2 business day in the form of Christy Ng store credit. There will be no refunds for customized and personalized orders. The postage charges for orders to be exchanged are to be borne by the customer. The postage charges will not be refunded (if paid).
The refund amount will be credited in your account within the 7 days after your order return is successfully made.
