How does your team collaborate to keep deals fresh and up to date?
Our team works closely to make sure all deals are fresh and up to date. We categorize merchants into two groups: primary and basic. Primary merchants are the most important, typically high-traffic brands with a strong chance of being customer favorites. We review their deals daily to ensure nothing is missed, so customers always receive the best available offers.
What’s the first thing you do when looking for a great online deal?
Whenever I want to save money while shopping online, the first thing I do is look for a good deal. I usually start with websites I trust that share discount codes and promotions—it’s almost like a little routine now. I type the store’s name with “coupon” or “promo code” and see what comes up. Sometimes I even check the brand’s own website for special offers.
If I’m not in a hurry, I’ll look for seasonal sales or sign up for newsletters, which often give a welcome discount. I also check cashback sites sometimes—it’s nice to get a little extra back after shopping.
Before buying, I compare prices between a few stores. I don’t just look for the cheapest price and check reviews to make sure I’m getting good value. At checkout, I always try applying any coupon.
Do you remove expired or invalid coupons instantly?
As Deal Experts, handling invalid or expired codes is part of our job to make sure customers have a great experience. Our team checks all the codes and deals on the website. When we find a code, we first check if it is valid by looking directly at the merchant’s site or other trusted sources.
If a code is still valid but close to expiring, we try to renew it so customers don’t miss the chance to save. But if a code has already expired or is no longer valid, we remove it from our website right away to avoid confusion or frustration.
We only show codes that we have tested or confirmed because we respect our customers’ time and want every offer to work well. Faulty or unusable codes can lead to a bad experience, so we don’t post any deals that haven’t been checked.
