How do I receive my order from Galleon?
Galleon offers 2 modes to collect the order that you placed. They are –
- Logistic Partner Delivery – The local logistics delivery your order to your doorsteps with the guidelines provided by Galleon. This might take a couple of days depending on your location.
- Pick up – Order will get delivered to your nearest pick-up point will be stated by Galleon). The order package should be picked up by the buyer within 7 days. If the buyer cannot pick up the order in time, then a storage fee is charged. If the buyer again fails to pick up the order within 28 days, the order will be forfeited by Galleon without any refund for the order.
Kindly note that you must choose the pickup schedules – Monday to Friday (8 AM to 6 PM), Saturday & Sunday (8 AM to 5 PM).

Cancellation & Refund Policy
You have to follow some guidelines while cancellation, since the products are outsourced from USA.
If Galleon lacks to deliver on time or other flaws, the buyer would be asked to wait for a correction, or the buyer doesn’t agree, the full paid amount will be refunded. The overpriced shipping fee will also be refunded to bank account. If you flawed while placing order and wish to cancel, then Php200 cancellation fee will be charged.
There will be no refund if the package is impounded by Philippines Customs. 100% refund available on damaged or malfunctioned product orders.
A refund could be made instantly via credit if the same medium used to pay. Refund asked through LBC or Cebuana Lhuillier, will be charged extra fees and time.
