How do I receive my order from Galleon?
Galleon offers 2 modes to collect the order that you placed. They are –
- Logistic Partner Delivery – The local logistics delivery your order to your doorsteps with the guidelines provided by Galleon. This might take a couple of days depending on your location.
- Pick up – Order will get delivered to your nearest pick-up point will be stated by Galleon). The order package should be picked up by the buyer within 7 days. If the buyer cannot pick up the order in time, then a storage fee is charged. If the buyer again fails to pick up the order within 28 days, the order will be forfeited by Galleon without any refund for the order.
Kindly note that you must choose the pickup schedules – Monday to Friday (8 AM to 6 PM), Saturday & Sunday (8 AM to 5 PM).
