Refund and Fees charged for the Cancellation
The refund and fees charged will depend on when you have cancelled your ride.
You will not be charged if you cancel it within the 5 minutes after the driver is allotted to you. If your Grab driver cancels your booking, you will be awarded 30 reward points as compensation to your account. The awarded points will be valid for up to 1 award per day only.
If your driver is taking too much time (more than expected) to receive you then you won't be charged for cancellation.
