If you wish to cancel your booked cab ride, you can easily do so by tapping on the Cancel and Yes buttons via Grab login. Cancel it before you are allotted the Grab driver. If you cancel your booking after more than 5 minutes have passed since you were allocated the driver, you must pay a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be on a separate e-receipt and sent to your registered email.
