Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy of Klook is divided into cancellations and amendments to the existing booking. You can go for either of these options on the bookings tab on the official website. In case you have trouble canceling or changing your details, go to the Ask Klook tab for support. Once canceled, you can ask for a refund which will be received within 30 days or even less if you’ve selected card payment.
Klook Refund Policy
The refund of your bookings depends upon the cancellation policy of your activity. If the activity is canceled under the required duration, you will be getting a full refund. The duration of the refund will also be subject to the mode of payment.
If you’ve made the booking via PayPal, you will be refunded immediately. Refunds for card payments will take up to 5-7 business days. It can also take up to 30 days in the case of particular banks. Contact Ask Klook if you’ve still not received the refund and select ‘feedback on existing booking’.
