Refund Policy
If you qualify the return or cancellation of your order and it is approved by iHerb management. The refund will be processed in the form of the original payment method used to make payment while placing the order. It takes about 2 week or 30 days in some international delivery cases for iHerb to receive your returned order. Then, the return is initiated in your account within 3-5 days depending on your bank or payment provider.
