Cancellation and Return Policy
It’s free of cost. A return could be made within 30 days of the return policy from the date the order is received. The item must be returned in the condition they were received. The items to be returned must be unused, not soiled, and the packaging must not be opened. When the order is purchased in a set or combo, or several items are added and ordered, all the items that were received must be returned. Some items may allow exchange and this feature will be indicated along with the item. You can cancel the order if it isn’t dispatched. Refund Policy
You can get the refund in the form of a credit voucher, or it will be returned in the original mode of payment. The credit voucher can be redeemed later on your next purchases at Sephora. Depending on your bank and payment provider, the refund process may take up to 10 days.The shipping cost will not be refunded. Thus, the refund amount will not include the shipping charges.
