What if the delivery date is in the future?
Tracking details will not be available until the delivery day. Once active, the tracking link shows live updates about the order’s journey.
What happens if the delivery date is today and the order hasn’t arrived yet?
Most tracked deliveries arrive before 5 PM, but some can be delivered up to 9 PM. Customers can use their tracking link or check the website for the latest updates.
What if only part of an order has been delivered?
Each product is shipped separately, which may result in multiple deliveries. If an additional item, such as chocolates or wine, was added to a bouquet and is missing, customers should contact the support team for assistance or a refund.
What if the courier says the order was delivered but it cannot be found?
Customers should first confirm the delivery address on the order confirmation email. If the address is correct, support can help trace or replace the order. If an incorrect address was entered, the order cannot be redirected once dispatched.

Standard tracked delivery for flowers costs £3.99 unless stated otherwise. Standard untracked delivery is free if ordered within 48 hours of the delivery date and may arrive one day later.

Can an order be cancelled?
Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date or before the last order date. Orders placed or cancelled on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.
Are flowers returnable?
For practical reasons, flowers cannot be returned. This does not affect statutory rights. Customers should not send back items, as immediate refunds cannot be processed this way.
