What is the process to start a return or exchange with Boody?
To get started, please visit the Returns & Exchanges Portal found on the website with your order number and postcode. You will be taken through the required steps on the screen to select a return, exchange or store credit. Once processed you will receive confirmation by email.
What items can be returned or exchanged?
Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they have not been worn or washed and are in the original packaging. Items which are labelled as Final Sale items or labelled as Intimates such as underwear, socks and bodysuits excluding faulty products cannot be exchanged or returned.
Are bras classified as intimates under the return policy?
Bras are not classified as underwear, as long as they are unworn, unwashed and returned in the original condition with tags, they can be exchanged or returned.
What are the hygiene requirements for returns?
They do require that all exchanged or returned products be tried on without make up, perfume or beauty products. Any make up, scents or visible signs of wear will eliminate any possible returns. All returned items also undergo final inspection by the Quality Control Team and will only be approved if buyers are satisfied.
Am I able to refund or exchange Final Sale items?
Final Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty. If products are returned classified as Final Sale, they cannot be processed for return or exchange and subsequently will not be resent back to the customer.
What are the return fees if items are returned using the standard return method?
A £3.50 return or exchange fee applies to each return. This will be deducted from any refund or will be charged at the time of exchange through the Returns Portal. The fee covers the associated handling and inspection cost.
What is Return Coverage (Checkout+)?
Return Coverage is available at checkout for £1.98 and provides the ability to return or exchange eligible items at no cost within 30 days. Return Coverage only applies to non-Final Sale and non-Intimates items. Return Coverage, once purchased, is non-refundable.
How much do I have to spend to receive free shipping?
Free regular shipping through Evri is available on orders over £45 after discounts. All orders below £45 after discounts will incur a delivery charge of £4.50. Gift cards do not contribute toward the minimum spend.
What shipping options and costs are available?
Standard delivery via Evri or Royal Mail takes 3-5 working days for £4.50. Express Shipping via DHL is £7.95 and will take 2-3 working days. Delivery is inclusive of agreed timeframes and may vary with location and volume of orders.
Who do I speak to if there is an issue with my order?
You can reach the Community Happiness Team by providing your name and order number. The team will handle the issue for you and provide a resolution on your behalf. Issues can include missing items, delivery issues, exchanges, and others potentially altering your experience.
