What are the delivery charges for the item I'm ordering?
If you order less than £40 worth of goods, a flat delivery cost of £4.49 is asked. If you order £40 or more, this delivery is free. If you're wondering about who delivers the order, this will be either DX, Royal Mail or Amazon Shipping. Subscribers will have the same delivery options but also receive a 20% discount on Bower and Bramley refills.
When can you expect my order to arrive?
Most deliveries arrive within 3 to 5 working days. After two days from the order date, they will send you an email to confirm the dispatch and give you the estimate delivery date. How can I track my delivery?
If you track your order from your account using ‘View Order’, you will receive tracking instructions once it has been dispatched and on its way to you.
May I edit any of my next order before it ships?
Yes, within your account you can make changes to your order in the ‘Your next regular order’ section. You can skip, edit individual products or backdate for up to 3 months. There are also suggested products that may show at the bottom of the page.
How can I manage orders in the future?
If you click into the 'Future orders' section, that will contain all orders that have been scheduled to arrive in the future. You can adjust quantities and frequencies in this section, or take the ‘Your subscriptions’ route which changes all future orders automatically.
Is it possible to alter the delivery frequency of certain products?
You can update your product frequency as well as the quantities under ‘Your subscriptions’. You simply click on the item you want to change. If you want to switch the fragrances, you can then add the new fragrance and delete the old version.
What is the procedure for returning an item for a refund?
Please contact hello@bowercollective.com with your refund request, before sending items back. Refund requests should be made within 30 days of purchase, to the Swindon address provided. Items must be in the same condition as purchased, unless they are faulty or damaged.
How long does it usually take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed as soon as we have received and inspected the returned items, and will be given to the payment method used to purchase the goods. A refund for a credit card may take up to 10 banks days to appear in your account. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded for items that a customer has decided to return, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
What happens if I want to return an item after 30 days?
Returns made after the 30 calendar days stipulated here, will not be eligible for refund. If you were at all unhappy with a product that you purchased, please contact hello@bowercollective.com to discuss options available to you.
Are returns free?
While unwanted items can be returned for a refund, we do not pay for return shipping costs. If the item(s) received is damaged or unusable, please contact hello@bowercollective.com and they will work together on what is possible.
