When is free next working day delivery available?
Free next working day delivery is available on orders of £50 and over placed before 4 PM, Monday to Friday. Orders made after 4 PM or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
What happens if my order is below £50?
Orders valued at £49.99 or less have a delivery charge of £5.99. The delivery will still be processed promptly and sent out on the next available working day.

Most parcels are sent using DPD courier service for quick and reliable delivery. Larger items are shipped with a palletised curbside service, which usually takes three to five working days.
How can an item be returned?
Items can be returned within 14 calendar days from receipt if they are no longer needed. To arrange a return, email contact@casodesign.co.uk with your order details. Returned items must be in their original condition and securely packaged.
What should be done if an item is faulty?

How long is the manufacturer’s warranty valid?
All Caso Design products have a two-year manufacturer’s warranty from the purchase date. This warranty covers defects in materials or manufacturing, ensuring reliable performance.
What does the product warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or normal wear and tear. It also does not apply to changes or unauthorized repairs made by third parties.
How is a refund processed for returned or faulty goods?
