Why is only part of the order delivered?
Sometimes boxes arrive separately. Accept delivered boxes and contact support with your order number to trace the rest.

Delivery is free across the UK mainland. Delivery is not available to some remote areas and islands.
Can mattresses be returned if unsuitable?
Mattresses cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty. For faults, contact support with order details and photos.
Where is the hardware pack located?
Hardware packs are usually in a small box or taped to the frame. Some beds store hardware in a zipped headboard compartment, so check carefully.
What if assembly instructions are missing?
Check all packaging for instructions. If missing, visit the product page for a printable PDF or contact support for assistance.
Do you offer assembly help?
Assembly service is not available. Beds are designed for easy self-assembly at home.
How to get notified about product restocks?

What to do if LED lights do not work?
Check that arrow markers on connectors face each other and the sensor is visible. If the issue remains, contact support with your order number.
