Can Jackery products be shipped with expedited delivery?
Expedited shipping is not available because the products have lithium-ion batteries. These batteries are considered hazardous and cannot be transported by air. Instead, we use standard shipping, but we dispatch orders as quickly as possible. For urgent delivery needs, customers should contact support at hello.eu@jackery.com.
What should I do if tracking says delivered but nothing arrived?
If tracking shows delivery but the package is missing, wait a couple of days. Sometimes couriers mark items as delivered before they actually arrive. Check your property and ask neighbors if they received it by mistake. If it still does not show up, contact hello.eu@jackery.com for help.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Some orders, including solar generator bundles, are shipped in multiple packages. Items may arrive on different days based on the courier’s schedule. Receiving one item first does not mean the rest are missing. If the remaining items do not arrive after several days, it’s best to contact support.
Can Jackery items be delivered to a P.O. Box address?
Jackery products are too large to be shipped to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a residential or business address at checkout. Deliveries are handled by standard couriers that require physical addresses. Entering a non-P.O. Box address ensures smooth and timely delivery.
How long can a portable power station run my device?
To see if a power station can support your device, compare its wattage with the unit’s output. For example, the Explorer 500 supports devices under 500W. You can estimate working time with this formula: Watt-hours × 0.85 ÷ device power. This gives an approximate usage duration in hours.
Why does my Jackery device get hot while charging?
A slight heating during charging is normal due to current flow inside the device. However, excessive heat, strange smells, or smoke may indicate a problem. Make sure the charger is uncovered and in a ventilated spot. If overheating continues, stop charging and contact customer service right away.
What can be done if the charger feels hot?
Chargers usually stay below 60°C during normal use. If it feels unusually hot, make sure nothing is blocking the ventilation. Do not cover the charger while in use as this traps heat. If the temperature keeps rising, the charger may be faulty and should be replaced through customer service.
How can I reduce heating of the power station?
Place the power station in a well-ventilated area while charging. Avoid direct sunlight and tight spaces that trap heat. Always ensure the charging power is within the rated range. Following these steps usually reduces heat build-up during normal use.
What should I do if smoke or odor appears?
Stop charging immediately if you notice smoke or a burning smell. Move the power station outside into a safe, ventilated area. Do not continue using the unit until it has been checked. Contact customer service for instructions and possible replacement.
