Yes, every traveller is guaranteed a twin or double room for single use. This private space allows for relaxation and reflection at the end of the day. In some hotels, upgrades for larger rooms or sea views are available at an extra cost.
What happens if entry requirements are not met?
Passport, visa, or health requirements are the traveller's responsibility. Not meeting these conditions could mean being unable to travel. It is always wise to check the latest entry information before the holiday begins.
How do I create a JustYou online account?
Creating an account only needs an email address and a password with at least six characters, one uppercase letter, and a number. Once registered, travellers can easily access details about upcoming holidays and booking information.
Why is my booking reference not showing in My Account?
If a booking doesn’t appear, travellers can use the “Add Holiday by Reference” option. They will need the booking reference number, departure date, and postcode. After entering this information, it may take a few minutes to update.
Can I change the email address on My Account?
Currently, there is no option to update an existing email address in the system. A new account must be created with the updated email. After making the new account, customers should email enquiries@justyou.co.uk with booking references to link them.
When is the balance for a holiday due?
For most tours, the final balance is due 12 weeks before departure. Payments can be made easily by logging into the traveller’s online account.
What should I know about tipping during my holiday?
Tipping customs differ by destination, but in many countries, 10 to 15 percent is expected in restaurants, bars, and taxis. Some bills might already include service charges, so it’s important to check. Tips for holiday directors, coach drivers, guides, or hotel staff are optional but appreciated for great service.
Is tipping included in the cost of a JustYou holiday?

What should I do if I forget my account password?
You can reset your password by selecting the “Reset Password” option under My Account. We will send an email with a reset link to your registered address. This link is valid for 60 minutes. The new password must meet the security criteria.
Can I edit my details in My Account?
Yes, you can update details like phone numbers, address, marketing preferences, and password in the My Account section. However, you cannot make changes within 7 to 8 weeks of departure. In these cases, travellers should email apis@justyou.co.uk to request updates.
