All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria. Orders in stock are usually dispatched within two business days after payment is confirmed.
How much is regular shipping in Australia?
Shipping is free for orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a $7.95 delivery fee. Delivery takes 1 to 6 business days.
Will I get tracking details for my order?
Yes, a tracking number will be sent for every order. This allows you to follow your parcel’s journey online.
What should I do if my order is damaged in transit?

Contact the customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. The team will help fix the issue and send the right product if needed.
Does Muk Haircare deliver outside Australia?
Currently, orders are only shipped within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.
How do I return or exchange a product?
Contact customer service within 14 days of delivery for damaged, faulty, or wrong items. Send photos, your invoice, and a description to info@mukhair.com. Follow the instructions given for your return.
What if I change my mind after ordering?
If you wish to return an unopened and unused product, email info@mukhair.com within 14 days. The product must be in its original packaging, and you are responsible for return postage costs.
Can I return used products if they don’t suit my hair?
Refunds are not given for used products that do not suit your hair. Please choose your items carefully before purchasing.
How do I return electrical hair tools?
Electrical tools can only be returned if unopened, unused, and in original packaging for change of mind. For faulty tools, check the warranty in your owner’s booklet and contact customer service to resolve the issue.
