How much does delivery cost for online orders?
Delivery is free for orders over HK$500 after discounts. For orders under HK$500, a HK$30 shipping fee is charged. The delivery fee is shown at checkout if it applies.
Which delivery services are available?
Standard delivery and smart locker self-pickup are both offered within Hong Kong SAR. You can choose your preferred method at checkout. Each order can only be sent to one address.
How long does delivery usually take?
After payment, orders are processed in 1-2 business days based on stock. Standard delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. Remote areas may need an extra 3-4 business days.
Can I track my order after it is shipped?
Yes, tracking numbers are available in 'My Account' under 'My Orders'. Contact SF Express for shipment updates. You can also track your parcel if you use the smart locker service.
What should I do if I want to change my delivery address?
If your goods have been shipped, contact SF Express to arrange any address changes. Extra costs from changing the address will need to be paid by you.
How do I collect my order from a smart locker?
After shipping, a pickup code is sent by SMS to your phone. Use the code at your chosen smart locker within 30 hours to collect your goods. For questions about uncollected items, call SF Express customer service.
Can online exclusive offers be used in stores?
Online exclusive offers and gifts are only valid for online purchases. In-store and counter purchases do not include these deals.
How can I use a discount code?
Enter your promo code during checkout in the shopping bag or on the checkout page. Codes may not apply to sets or gifts. If you have trouble, contact customer service during office hours for help.
What should I do if my product is out of stock?
Click “Notify me when it arrives” on the product page and enter your email address. You will get a message once the product is back in stock.
