Can I get a printed itinerary for reimbursement?
A printed itinerary can be sent by post, but only within Mainland China. To get reimbursement, the invoice or itinerary must be presented. It must be requested within 7 days after your flight or return trip. Refunds are only processed after the itinerary is returned.
Will I receive a paper ticket after online purchase?
Paper tickets are not provided for online bookings. An e-ticket will be issued, which works the same way. Show your original ID at the airport check-in desk to get your boarding pass. Make sure the ID matches the one used during booking.
