How can I track my Calendar Club order?
Once an order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. You can use this tracking number on the Royal Mail website to check your delivery status. If you provided a phone number during checkout, you'll also get delivery updates via text.

Right now, non-dated items like gifts, stationery, and jigsaws cannot be shipped outside the UK. These products do not have a date, and restrictions are still in place. We will update you once international delivery is available again.

Can I change my order after completing the purchase?
Once an order is completed, it starts processing right away. You can only change delivery details before it is dispatched by contacting customer service. You cannot add or remove items after checkout. If the order has already been dispatched, no further changes can be made.
What are the UK delivery options and costs?
Royal Mail Tracked 48 costs £2.99 and takes 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. Royal Mail Tracked 24 costs £3.99 for one item, with an extra £0.99 for each additional item. DPD Express Delivery costs £8.99 and takes 1 to 2 working days for orders placed before 1pm, excluding certain areas.
How long does it take to dispatch an order?
During busy times, dispatch may take 1 to 2 days from the time of purchase. Orders are sent Monday to Friday when Royal Mail or DHL can collect them. Bank holidays and bad weather may slightly delay deliveries.
