How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery times depend on the product. Each item page shows an estimated time. When ordering multiple items, delivery is arranged according to the longest lead time. Split deliveries can be requested for a £25 handling fee.
Can I get Next Day or Express Delivery?
Yes, orders placed before 11 am (Monday to Thursday) qualify for Next Day or Express Delivery within 48 hours. Weekend and bank holiday deliveries aren’t standard but may be available upon request with extra charges.
Will I receive a delivery time slot?
A two-hour delivery window is usually provided. Some brands may also offer the driver’s contact number. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed for Next Day or Express deliveries.
What should I do if my order is wrong?

Where will my order be delivered?

Do you deliver to all areas in the UK?
Deliveries are available nationwide except to Remote Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland, and offshore islands. Excluded postcodes include BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, PO(30–41), and ZE. White glove delivery isn’t available for certain postcode areas.
