Can customers cancel their orders?
Orders can be cancelled, but cancellations made after 48 hours may incur transaction or handling fees. If an order has already been dispatched, the customer must cover return shipping costs.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it first. Once the return is approved, customers can place a new order for the desired product.

Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, and unused. Products that have been built or assembled cannot be refunded if damage occurs during setup. Damages should be reported before assembly for inspection and help.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days once confirmed in stock. Tracking details are provided to monitor shipment progress. Customers who do not receive tracking within 6 days should contact support for updates.
How can customers start a return?

Are refunds available for warehouse collections?
Orders picked up directly from warehouses are considered complete upon pickup. Any damage or delivery issues after collection are the customer's responsibility and are not eligible for a refund.
