How do you usually end your workday?
At the end of each workday, I have a short discussion with my team. We discuss what we finished during the day and what are the works still left. Each team member shares their progress, and if someone is facing any problem, I try to help them or give suggestions to make their work easier. These talks help everyone understand what’s going on and what we need to do next. It also gives the team a chance to speak and stay connected with each other. After the discussion, I inform my manager about the progress. I share what we completed, if there were any problems, and anything important to remember for the next day. This simple routine helps the team stay clear, the manager stay informed, and makes it easier for us to start fresh the next day.
Are you a comparison shopper in real life too?
Actually, in real life, I’m not someone who shops a lot. But when I do shop, I always like to compare. Whether it’s clothes, food or gadgets, I usually check a few websites or apps before buying anything. It helps me find the same product at a better price. The only thing I don’t compare much is when it comes to my bike. I really love it, so if there’s something I really like or need, I don’t mind spending a bit more. That’s the one area where I follow my heart instead of comparing prices. For everything else, I always check and compare first. Using coupon websites and price comparison platforms is a part of how I shop. They make it easy to see where the best deal is. Even if the savings are small, It feels good to know I made a smart choice and got the product at the best value. So yes, I'm a comparison shopper in real life too.
What does a satisfying day at work look like?
A satisfying day at work, for me is like everything we planned for the day gets completed as expected. It feels really good when the team is able to finish their tasks without any stress or pressure. If everyone can work in a smooth and relaxed way, it creates a positive mood for the whole team. I also feel happy when the day goes as planned, without any big issues or delays. Another reason I value days like this is because they make the next day easier to manage. When we meet our goals, we can start fresh the following day without carrying forward anything left behind. For me, a satisfying day is not just about completing tasks, but also about making sure the team feels good, works comfortably and ends the day with a sense of satisfaction and appreciation to work done. That’s what keeps the team motivated and moving forward.
