Is it possible to cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled online after placement. You must email to customer service within 24 hours to request changes. You couldn't make any changes after dispatch.
What are the delivery times for orders?
Standard shipping usually takes three to seven business days. Priority shipping is two to five business days.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your package is damaged or something is missing, take photos. Contact customer service within three days after you get your order. Give them all the details to get help faster.
How do I check my order status?
You will get an email with tracking information after your order is sent. If you don’t get this email in five days, contact customer service. Always use your order number when you ask questions.
Are any situations not covered by warranty?
Items not bought from Htvront or authorised sellers are excluded. Damage from misuse, unauthorised repairs, or accidents is not covered. Consumables and some accessories are also excluded.
Can I return an item for any reason?
Unopened products can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Customers pay for return shipping unless the product is faulty. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
Contact customer service with your order number and proof of the issue. Attach photos or a video that clearly show the problem. They will review and help with the next steps.
How long is warranty cover for each product?
Machines have a one-year warranty from purchase. DTF print heads and mainboards are covered for six months. Other accessories are covered for three months. Some items are not covered.
What items are included in the Htvront warranty?
The warranty covers Htvront machines purchased from official sources. Some accessories and consumables have shorter warranty periods. Consumables such as mats are not covered. Always keep your proof of purchase.
