Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?
Once an order is being processed, it can’t be changed or cancelled. If you notice an issue, contact the Customer Service team right away. They’ll do their best to assist you before dispatch occurs.

Delivery fees depend on the size and weight of your items. Standard delivery for smaller home accessories and lighting costs £6.99. Larger items, like furniture, may incur fees up to £39.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Lighting and homeware ordered before 3pm usually ship the same day and arrive the next working day. Furniture and larger items may take up to ten working days, based on your location.
Do they offer free delivery?
Yes, lighting orders over £150 qualify for free delivery. This discount is applied automatically at checkout, so you won’t need to enter a code.
How can I track my order?
All parcels are sent using a tracked delivery service. Once your order has shipped, you’ll get an email with your tracking number to follow your item’s progress.
I haven’t received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Your confirmation email should show up shortly after placing your order. If it’s not there, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact Customer Service, and they’ll resend it for you.
Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, Click & Collect is available from the Head Office in Thornliebank, Glasgow. This service will also be offered in stores soon, making collection even easier.
