Can you remove my old mattress?
Old mattresses aren’t collected for hygiene reasons. Local councils or recycling centres can arrange safe removal, though some may charge a small collection fee.
What sizes do mattresses come in?
Mattresses are made in standard UK sizes, from single (3’ x 6’3″) to super king (6′ x 6’6″). Measurements follow both imperial and metric standards for accuracy.
What does a rolled mattress mean?
Rolled mattresses are vacuum-packed for convenient shipping. Once unpacked, place it flat and allow up to 48 hours for it to expand fully.
Will I get updates on my delivery?

How soon will my order arrive?
Delivery times depend on the item ordered. Mattresses usually take between 3–10 working days, headboards around 15–20, and bed frames about 40–45. Accurate delivery details appear at checkout.
Can I make changes after ordering?
Orders can be changed or cancelled before they are dispatched. If items have already left the warehouse, simply refuse the delivery so they return automatically.
What should I do if my order is damaged?
If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact customer support straight away. Replacement goods will be sent, and the affected products collected.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes, returns are accepted within the terms outlined in the returns policy. The aim is to make the process as smooth as possible for every customer.
Do deliveries cost extra?
Standard mainland UK delivery is free of charge. However, some remote locations such as AB, DD, IV, KW, and PH postcodes may have extra fees and slightly longer delivery times.
Is offshore delivery available?
Currently, deliveries are limited to mainland UK addresses. Offshore and island locations are excluded due to service restrictions.
